Rachel's Pet Haus
Rachel’s Pet Haus offers a different experience than traditional warehouse-style boarding. I specialize in small group daycare and boarding, with a maximum of 10 dogs per day to ensure a calm, controlled, and personalized environment.
All new clients are required to complete a socialization test. This allows me to assess each dog’s temperament, socialization with humans and dogs, and ability to safely participate in a group setting. The safety and well-being of every dog in my care is my top priority, so I do not accept dogs that display aggressive or reactive behaviors.
Rachel’s Pet Haus is designed to be a low-stress environment where dogs feel safe, comfortable, and at home.

Hello, my name is Rachel, and I am the owner and founder of Rachel’s Pet Haus. I started my dog boarding business in 2023, driven by my lifelong love for animals and my own experience as a pet owner.
After struggling to find high-quality, low-stress care for my own dogs, I decided to create the kind of environment I wished existed. Rachel’s Pet Haus is built around stress-reduction techniques and intentionally mirrors a home setting, offering dogs a calm, safe, and comfortable experience.
Unlike traditional warehouse-style boarding facilities, I currently operate out of my own home to provide more personalized care and a true home-like environment. Looking ahead, I am in the process of developing a custom-designed commercial facility, opening in 2027, that will bring this same home-centered philosophy to a larger scale.

With a lifelong passion for canine companionship and professional experience across six premier dog daycare facilities, I bring a deep-seated commitment to providing exceptional care for every dog I meet. My journey began at the age of five, and over the decades, my perspective has remained the same: dogs aren't just pets—they are cherished family members who deserve the highest level of respect and attention.
My professional background includes hands-on experience at well-known industry leaders, including: Adogo, Downtown Dogs and Dogtopia
Through my work at these diverse locations, I have mastered the art of managing group play dynamics, understanding unique breed temperaments, and maintaining a safe, structured environment. Whether I’m overseeing a high-energy playgroup or providing specialized one-on-one attention, my primary goal is always to keep every dog happy, healthy, and playful.
I pride myself on being more than just a handler; I am an advocate for their well-being. I believe that a great daycare experience is built on trust, consistency, and a genuine love for the animals. I am dedicated to ensuring that every "family member" in my care returns home tired, content, and well-loved.
